I wonder why they stop in St. John's. It's a classic place for a fuel stop, but the 737-700 has a range of 3440 nm, and yyz-dub is 2849 nm along the great circle route.

That range is probably with max. fuel, not payload.

Is Mr. Ryanair aware of this? I can see a soon to be placed acquisition of the B737-9 or a few elderly B757's to test the competence of the route nonstop!
