My grandson Jack and I met General McGee last summer at Oshkosh. He was greeting people outside KidVenture when we talked with him. He was really enjoying his visit and enjoyed talking with people at AirVenture. He will be remembered as a humble and generous person as he rejoins his fellow WWII Vets at their ultimate reward!

I met him also at EAA. As aways during AirVenture- what an oppertunity to meet living history!
