I can only relate to service with DAL. Lots of talk with 2Ku promises, but saw such little conversion progress, I finally decided to cancel my annual contract- total waste of 600 bucks a year, and I told GoGo the ATG service is so useless I wouldn't use it if they paid me.

Plus, of the 850 mainline AC- 20% of DAL's fleet is comprised of the MD88/90 family (and spend most of my trips on)-which they've shown no interest in doing little else other than needed mntnc. In particular, WiFi performance on those machines is beyond brutal.
