Delta Air Lines Wants DOJ To Create National No-Fly List For Unruly Passengers

Sorry. Orig article I saw the other day said DAL wanted it's own list. Now the CEO is asking that "unruly passengers" be placed on a list. I would think the airline would have that placed in the PNR and not accept those reservations. A third story has the CEO asking for "convicted" pax.
What? O guess the Federal list isn't goon enuf
Surely the list(s) already exist; they just haven't been made public yet. Why? Maybe because the airlines fear the consequential law suits could cost them more than the disruptions and cancelled flights. Would a Federal no-fly list avoid the law suits? Whatever it takes, these disruptive nutcases must be banned from flying for years if not for ever.
