I hope they’ll stick to the 2-4-2 seating in economy as they have in their present B787s. With the 3-3-3 layout as other airlines have it’s a very uncomfortable flight.
I don't think ANA flies anymore 787 2-4-2 economy configurations. I think they converted them all to 3-3-3. I could be wrong, but I could have sworn I read something about it some years ago.

According to Japan Airlines website their B787s used on domestic flights have 3-3-3 configurations, but international flights are still 2-4-2.
