Mayday - Qantas 32 - Titanic in the sky

On 4 November 2010, Qantas Flight 32, en route to Sydney's Kingsford Smith Airport, suffered an uncontained engine failure in its No.2 engine shortly after take-off. The crew managed to overcome a number of resulting failures and make an emergency landing back at Singapore. There were 469 passengers and crew on board.
