What next?most people who can sit up the front have their own iPad . Effort by Qantas to win ongoing and new customers would be well spent looking after their FF and life members.
Question: Why do they steal points from loyal customers who have paid hard cash for them,all FF points are paid for,so what legal right do they have to steal them back,if the need them back why not buy them off you.
I am a life member and have just had 300,000 point stolen.
