Incident: India B787-8 near Frankfurt on Feb 8th 2016, engine shut down in flight

Boeing must be regretting selling aircraft to Air India...they seem to have as many problems as all the other customers combined.
Eagles are known to fly at 40,000'
Bulldust the highest flying bird is the Ruppell’s Griffon Vulture recorded at 37,000ft but nowhere near Germany/Frankfurt. Any Eagle has never surpassed around 15,000ft
Gee, I wonder what they breathe?? No oxygen at 40K feet.
They breathe the same thing that these jet engines breathe. Where do you think the "oxygen ends", anyway?
Gee Wiz, all the reports of engine shutdowns, but no followup reports of the root cause of the failures. Is there a site to check for any resolution reports?
