Boeing E-6 Mercury (16-4783) - An all-white warbird in a bright midafternoon sky is the scene I captured as this Boeing E-6 Mercury (16-4783), call sign "Vegan Eight Five Heavy," comes past me low and slow while covering the final few thousand feet of its short final to runway 16R.br /This is the third shot of 16-4783 to be presented in the FA gallery. Unfortunately, the first two actual photos of it are not easy to locate and view because the photographer, Bernadeta Rygielska, did not post the reg number with her photos. I have posted comments under Bernadetas pictures in hopes that she will see my comment and add the number 16-4783 to her excellent shots.br /According to the data given directly under my post here, there is already a previous shot of this a/c in the gallery and, as I said, there are two taken by Bernadeta; however, the one indicated below is linked to a picture of Fat Albert. Fat Alberts registration number is 16-4763, so the photographer (Trevor) who posted his snapshot of Fat Albert accidentally entered an incorrect registration number.

This is the third shot of 16-4783 to be presented in the FA gallery. Unfortunately, the first two actual photos of it are not easy to locate and view because the photographer, Bernadeta Rygielska, did not post the reg number with her photos. I am going to post a comment under the pictures she posted in hopes that she will see my comment and add the number 16-4783 to her excellent shots.
According to the data given directly under my post here, there is already a previous shot of this a/c in the gallery and, as I said, there are two; however, the one indicated below is linked to a picture of Fat Albert. Fat Albert's registration number is 16-4763, so the photographer who posted his snap of Fat Albert mistakenly entered the incorrect registration number.
