C160 ...AND A400 ...!!
Airbus A-400M Atlas and Transall C-160. Nice!
The Luftwaffe would take up our regular airlift channel missions out of Mildenhall while our C130's were down range during Desert Shield/Storm. The C160's were pretty cool. They would be in a Cargo/Pax configuration like our C130's. The loads were slightly less but I could still clear out a good number of Space A pax and cargo out. Despite wartime, MAC was still run like an airline and the show must go on. I learned a lot really fast as a 19 year old A1C about Aerial Port operations which in tech school said I wouldn't need to know until I was a SSgt, lol.
