Cessna Cardinal (N20223) - Returning from San Antonio, TX, to Houston, TX, on 1/22/2013, flying a Pilots N Paws dog rescue flight, I glanced out the window near La Grange, TX, at 7,500' to experience the Glory optical phenomenon for the first time: the Cardinal's shadow/silhouette in mid-air, surrounded by a wondrous and mesmerizing rainbow halo. It tracked us for about 10 minutes before disappearing.
