Nice shot Greg. I was at the museum years ago but this wasn't there back then. Definitely a unique "livery."

Thanks a bunch, Philip! It's already been a couple of years since I was there last (and took this pic), and I understand they have made quite a few changes/additions since then. So, I think another trip is in the near future.

Back to Supersonica by Kenny Scharf, 2013. The latest addition to the collection, contemporary artist Scharf spray painted a Lockheed Jetstar VC-140. He is an LA-based artist known for large scale paintings and installations based on pop-culture and science fiction.
