McDonnell Douglas FA-18 Hornet —

Tower, this is Ghost Rider, requesting a fly-by. Negative Ghost Rider, the pattern is full. Ok, I know it's cheesy but how often do you see a fighter buzzing the tower at over 400 knots, other than in the movies. I shot this photo at the 2022 Sun N Fun airshow in Lakeland Florida. The two snot nosed jockeys (I know, I know, cheesy) were flying the F-18 Super Hornet and put on a really cool performance. I shot this with my Canon 100-400mm IS II lens at a focal length of 220mm.
