BOEING 737-300 —
2 mile final, Runway 05, cleared to land.<br>Watching an Air New Zealand B733 carrying out a visual approach into Queenstown on Runway 05 in July 2011. I was way up high on the top of Peninsula Hill, which all aircraft have to fly around to make the approach. It's quite an unusual position to be in, having large aircraft fly down through your height, then descending below to land, flying past houses!
