Nice shot! Just curious, what aperture and shutter speed did you take this photo with?

How long a lens do you normally use for shots like this? I am trying to get shots like this, but very few of mine turn out like this.
this pic was taken with an EOS 7D Mark 2 an a Sigma lense 50-500.
Focus was 480 mm and exposure time 3,2 secnds. Aperture 5.6.
