 I'm based at IPL and use Imperial Flying Service for fuel & the occasional cold soda before a long cross-country. They recently remodeled the FBO and it's sooo much better than a couple of years ago. Polite staff and clean restrooms, even outdoor restroom access if you arrive in the middle of the night.
