This must be something new because the planes never moved across the screen before. No I haven't been hitting the sauce, yet! lol But I sat down to check activity at KMSP and I'm watching the plane icons moving in almost real time. A man released from jail on Memorial Day wound up boarding a plane without a ticket on Tuesday, San Diego Harbor Police said. A 24 year-old man was arrested for jumping out of an AirAsia flight as it was taxiing for takeoff last Friday. The AirAsia plane was getting ready to takeoff and was starting its roll down the runway when the young man, only indentified as “Chong”, opened the emergency door which automatically deployed the emergency slide. Airline pilots and privacy rights activists are fretting over a provision of the FAA funding bill passed by Congress that would open up the U.S. skies to drones for law enforcement and other domestic use. The Senate late Monday passed a bill authorizing $63.4 billion for the Federal Aviation Administration over four years.
