with the facts of boeing's culpability long ago in the public record, with demonstrable money damages sustained by LOT and lots of other airlines, what leg is boeing trying to stand on in contesting these demands for compensation? I am unaware of what formula is to be used in this and in similar cases. Actual losses plus some element of punative awards? what?......
