"Earthquake Holding Fuel"...the TAF could have been for CAVOK and no ATC Holding likely for traffic this late at night either...luckily they had the fuel in the margin. Talk about Murphy's Law! ALL AIRLINE BEAN COUNTERS PLEASE TAKE NOTE!!!
