Robinson has to be joking. 1K each for blades that might releve them of responsibility for the crash? The blades might have come off if they hit some large fowl, so I can understand why they want them back. Undersea salvage of something you don't know the location will run well into six figures.

Recreational divers might take the boat CAN-TANK-EROUS out for charter at 1K plus air/nitrox. Hardly a money maker.

They are not wanting the blades for this. The reward is to just locate them and mark them GPS. I am assuming at that point is where their recovery team will come in. As James said below, it will bring out the scuba buffs.lol

If the blades were not with the wreckage, the thinking might be they departed the aircraft in flight??

Sounds like it, but they could have shattered and disintergrated and never be found, but obviously they are somewhere else.

I think Robinson has had that issue before. 2k will bring out the scuba buffs.

In my opinion this is a cover up, on there part.

Probably not a cover up but a desparate look for ammunition in the lawsuit.
