These are crooks extorting money they shouldnt have and they put people in jail. And I wonder who writes the checks seems that they are as much at fault for not checking up on things either so now who do you blame?
LA has done it before and they're doing it again. Like the previous times LA will lose the case and have to repay the Federal Government, yet LA will just turn around and do it all over again.
