Asiana Cargo B747 crashes into the open ocean, off south of Jeju Island, South Korea

A Korean official news presents an awful sad news for Asiana Airlines, South Korea's 2nd largest carrier. A news report says that a Asiana Airlines Cargo plane, belives it to be a HL7604 airplane, was flying from Incheon International Airport (RKSI/ICN) and was going to Shanghai, China as flight OZ991 (AAR991) and had to divert to Jeju Airport due to mechanical proplems in the airplane and crashed while diverting to Jeju. Since it is a Boeing 747-400F airplane, wouldn't the NTSB or the FAA help out the South Koreans with the investigation??? :)
