The demise of the Concorde meant luxury air travelers no longer had a supersonic option for their travel needs. Nice looking plane, but I would not call it a Concorde replacement... The concord was a commercial airliner... This appears to be more of a fast corporate jet.
Concorde cruised 1320 mph, held over 100 people for 10K a pop. The Aerion cruise 1200 mph and 11 passengers at a cost of ?? 100K+ per seat. What a DOG!!! It so tough to replace an original.

It looks as though they are limiting their marketing to just corporate customers. Other supersonic ambitions, like the concorde, atleast had higher expectations in mind with airlines to cover the development and program costs. I just don't see how they can recover the costs associated with a whole new frame and program with such a limited market.
This isn't the first time Airbus has attempted to build a supersonic jet.
