No, it’s all Boeing’s fault. They failed to install the new “Incompetent Pilot” Switch which would be pressed when the undertrained, incompetent and totally lost pilot finally realizes he is in over his head.

Even if they had it would've been installed by an incompetent mechanic. I think ultimately we should just get it over with and blame Boeing for deaths caused by gravity. Maybe throw in deaths caused by dihydrogen monoxide poisoning as well while we're at it.

"Got-to-land-itist" was the major contributing factor, this is the very reason there is an "ALTERNATE(S) Airport" to fly to when landing conditions at the Primary Airport is not feasible, a Cessna 150 PIC know this.
