Boeing warns new defect on 787 Dreamliners will slow deliveries

Just a result of MacDac doing MacDac things that destroyed their company, now they are doing the same to Boeing. It was once a proud company.
It sounds relatively minor, but also part of the death-of-a-thousand cuts for this project.
What does "nonconforming condition" mean exactly? I have been in the business and never heard this term to describe any screw-up before.
Must be new to aviation then its a term thats been around for years look it up.
Unlike Scarebus & Government Motors, Boeing will work a problem until it is fixed. It is better to find a problem in production than later.
