Been flying them since Gerald Ford let Grumman sell to them in 1976. As of 2014, the USAF thinks they still have 28 flying.

Hi, ok, as their revolution took place in 1978, they can still fly the Tomcat, how do they sort this out with the spare parts?
Not the 1st time an F14 has escorted a TU-95 but likely one of a few times it was to assist instead of deter.
Kind of confusing headline.
