That is a Meridian P46-T, powered by a Pratt PT6-42A. The Mirage is piston powered

4 year old comments and nobody correctly ID'd the aircraft as a Piper Malibu Jet Prop conversion. Sorry it's not a Meridian, they have flush NACA ducts for inlets and wing root strakes to hold more fuel.
