North American TB-25 Mitchell (N5865V)
"Semper Fi," the Commemorative Air Force's PBJ-1 (B-25) Mitchell bomber, makes a low pass with the bomb bay doors open during Travis AFB's "Wings Over Solano 2022" Open House and Air Show event.

It's quite easy to visualize the bombs dropping out of the racks and falling away from Semper Fi's belly.
Thank goodness for those dedicated to keep these pieces of history flying and thank goodness for the good photographers such as you who get good photos of them.

AND Darryl's latest posts ... and Dave's, etc, etc. I've been all over northern Nevada and central California so I have many hundreds of new pics BUT I'm waaaay behind on viewing yours and the other guys here. And I've got two more activities to attend. But ... I'll get caught up.
Jeff ..... I was fortunate to see Semper Fi a few years back at Truckee Airport and then again at the Air Races at Stead. But of course, there were large crowds around it both times. So it'd be great to get a closeup look (and photos) of it without the crowds. TY for the home base info.
