BOEING 727-200 (N406BN) - Southwest operated several 727s between 1979 and 1985.  This ex-Braniff -291 series aircraft was leased from 3/79 to 1/80.  It was part of a settlement between Braniff and Southwest regarding Southwests right use DAL.  The other aircraft operated were N551PE, N561PE, N563PE, N564PE, N566PE, N569PE.  All of these were -227 series obtained from People Express.  They were orginaly with Braniff.
