NURTANIO Aviocar (N440RA) - Ryan Air apron, Anchorage International Airport. Tail #N440RA is listed as having been substantially damaged in a crash (https://aviation-safety.net/database/record.php?id=20090214-0 ) in 2009 but I guess it's fixed because here it being fueled for flight on 9/19/2019.
