Boeing 707-100 (N70700) - 1975 - Boeings first 707 was in storage at Davis Monthan, AZ "boneyard". I took this PIX while on a tour. Look at the tall tail B-52 next to it. A lot of the color was robbed by a HorseSh*t photo album..who knew that ACID paper could do sooooo much damage! (and I cant find the negative) Has Boeing every written an account of what it took to go from years of ground storage to flying it to Seattle? Now its on display at the Smithsonian in DC.

May 2018.... I just found out that a company posted a video on YOU TUBE describing what it took to kick the tires and launch for SEATTLE. Unfortunately, no inside pix.
If you do find inside pix, please let us know!
