There were two of these all-white USAF C-40s here. I was unable to learn anything at all about WHY they were here. Both used "Boxer' call signs. That is all I know.
(Yeeeoowzah! I wonder who the VIPs were? I wonder who might have been flying back home to an unspecified destination in Hawaii after visiting DC? I wonder who was recently on the US mainland to appear on a TV special from DC? Who could it have been? Only Emperor Obie truly knows ... )
