How could this crash photo be posted 5 years ago, when FA indicates a BE20 with the same tail number with activity during Oct, 2014? Surely this airframe wasn't repaired, but the tail number was reissued to a similar craft.

Aircraft registrations get reassigned to different aircraft, and coincidentally it happened to get reassigned to a new BE20 in 2010.
