Talk about walking the line, this guy did not have much room for error left to right. Hope there wasnt much of a cross wind.
Road used as runway, upturned superstructure of bridge in the river, high water all over the place - I can see there's a story to be told here.
Looks like a rice dike landing strip in the Sacramento Valley, Ca. 100 take offs and landings a day with wonderful spring cross winds.
