P-51 is my all time favorite aircraft. Love the sound of the Rolls Royce Merlin Engine.

Immediately thought of the sound when I saw this. there's nothing like a Merlin!
For the era in which the P-51 was flying, so is the F-22 today. Both are unsurpassed !
There is so much motion in this pic ... blurred prop, blurred trees. It is a superb action photo. 5 * without a doubt! Superb subject matter too of course!
