Looks like this one is dedicated to Cuba-Canada service.
What the heck is up with that nose gear?
Nose gear adaption and probes below engine intakes are part of gravel kit for operations on Northern airports.
@Dennis Bisson at first glance, it looked like a trash bag gone rogue :)
Note cutaway of nose gear doors to allow this deflector to go flush to the fuselage.
With the gravel kit! That's why more 737-200s fly in Canada than anywhere else in the world.
